ARC Requirements:
All new construction and all exterior changes, including landscaping to existing structures must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencement of work.

The dog park opening will coincide with the development of Unit 9. No development is scheduled for this subdivision at this time, due to the current economic conditions.
