Attention: Bella Via Homeowners
The management office continues to receive numerous calls, reporting individuals using the entry fountain as a swimming/wading pool. In addition, kids have been seen climbing the lattice Ramada and tower behind the fountain. As you may or may not be aware, the Association has experienced numerous acts of vandalism, causing the fountain to be "down" and unnecessary expenses to all owners of the Association. We are of course concerned with the children's safety, but also must maintain the aesthetics of this beautiful Community.
We ask that if you witness this or any other type of suspicious activity, PLEASE contact the Mesa Police Department immediately at 480-644-2211. In addition, speak to your children and make them aware that all owners will be watching out, and they will be reported to the police; if caught, violators will be prosecuted.
Be advised that we are currently working with the Board and a local sign company for the installation of a sign to the fountain area.
